In accordance with Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law, the consumer has the right to return non-food products of proper quality if the product did not satisfy them in terms of form, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons making it unsuitable for its intended use.
The consumer has the right to return non-food products of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if the product has not been used, and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold product are preserved.

Thus, non-food products of proper quality can be returned if:
  • No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase;
  • The product has not been used;
  • The commercial appearance of the product, its consumer properties, all seals, labels, etc., are preserved;
  • The settlement document that the consumer received with the product is retained;
  • The product is not included in the list of goods not subject to exchange.
To return non-food products of proper quality and receive a refund, all the above conditions must be met.


  1. Pack the unused product with tags, labels, and stickers (if they were part of the package) along with a copy of the invoice or a new post invoice.
  2. Pack the product securely to avoid damage.
  3. You can send the packaged product by a convenient method:

The seller is not responsible for defects in the product if:

  • The defects arose during the warranty period due to the wear and tear of the product, its incorrect or excessive use, or the defects occurred after the expiration of the product's shelf life.
  • The defects are caused by the intervention of the buyer or another person in the product or its composition.
After processing the buyer's claim, the buyer will receive a notification of the claim processing and the method of resolving this complaint. If the buyer claims a defect, the seller will properly check the claim and make a decision on further resolution within a maximum of 3 days. The seller is obliged to settle the claim within a maximum of 30 days from the date of filing the claim.

In the event of defects in the product that the consumer discovered during the warranty period, they have the right to free elimination of defects. In case of defects that cannot be eliminated and prevent the correct use of the product, the consumer has the right to exchange the product or refuse to purchase and request a refund of the purchase price. If the defect can be eliminated, but in case of recurrence of defects after the repair, the consumer cannot properly use the product, they have the right to exchange the product or receive a refund. In the case of non-repairable defects that do not interfere with the correct use of the product, the consumer has the right to a discount on the price of the product.
